| (IMPORTANT!): To assure proper sheetrock installation, toenail a 2x4 across opening at 15" below header. | Sheetrock both sides of opening down to this temporary 2x4. No special blocking in corners is necessary. | |

• Finished opening heights are standard: 92" from finished floor for 9' ceiling height and 80" for 8' ceiling height. • Minimum distance of framed opening to corner is 4". This allows for 3/4" thick baseboard with 1/2" return. • Frame opening width is finished opening width +2". • Rough opening must be within 1/4" of plumb, otherwise leave additional space. |
